These terms apply to the use of the Dayporto B.V. platform. By creating an account or using the subscription you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Dayporto B.V. offers the platform as an online service (SaaS): business software for security and fire-safety companies, including hosting, maintenance and daily backups.
2. Trial and subscription
A trial is free of obligation and ends automatically if you do not subscribe. The subscription runs monthly or yearly and renews automatically unless cancelled.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed on the website and exclude VAT. Payment is made through the offered payment methods. Price changes are announced in advance; existing subscriptions follow the announced transition arrangement.
4. Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for the content your organisation stores in the platform. The data remains yours; you can download it as an export package at any time.
5. Availability and maintenance
We aim for high availability and show the current status on the public status page. Planned maintenance is carried out outside office hours where possible.
6. Fair use
The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security or to disrupt the service for others. In case of abuse we may suspend access after a warning, or immediately for serious abuse.
7. Liability
We strive for a flawless service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to direct damage and to at most the subscription fees of the last twelve months, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
8. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel monthly, effective at the end of the current period, directly within the platform. After termination you can still export your data during the indicated period; it is then deleted according to the retention policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms and will announce changes in advance. The agreement is governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court.
