Frequently asked questions

After signing up you have immediate and full access to all selected modules. No credit card is needed. After 14 days you will receive a reminder and you decide whether to continue with a paid subscription. If you do nothing, the account stops automatically.

Yes, you can add or remove modules at any time via your settings page. Additions take effect immediately. Removals take effect at the end of the current month. Your data is always retained.

Yes. Your environment is available on its own platform subdomain by default. You can also connect your own domain, such as app.uwbedrijf.nl. You will receive exact DNS instructions from us. The SSL certificate is created automatically via Let's Encrypt.

Yes. All data is stored on secure Dutch servers, kept encrypted (AES-256) and backed up daily. We process your data in accordance with the GDPR. You can request an export of your data at any time.

Yes. The native iPhone/iPad app (via TestFlight/App Store) gives technicians their work orders, checklists, photos, signatures, hours, mileage, material registration and inspections — fully usable offline, with automatic synchronisation as soon as a connection is available. Including Live Activity on the lock screen, push notifications, chat with the office and their own payslip. The app can be released in your own corporate identity (white label).

No. The platform includes full accounting (general ledger, bank book with automatic posting rules, VAT return with all categories, profit & loss statement, balance sheet, year-end closing, fixed assets and scan & recognise with OCR) plus payroll (payroll runs, payslips, SEPA payment file, leave and holiday pay). You can of course also connect Moneybird, and for your accountant you export an XAF audit file with a single click.

Every organisation has its own shielded data space down to the database (Row Level Security), authorisation is enforced server-side per action and API keys stay on the server. Two-factor authentication, encrypted backups with a weekly restore drill and a hash-chained audit log are standard. Read everything on the security page.

You can create a full export yourself at any time (ZIP with all your data, plus accounting exports for your accountant). After termination we delete your data according to the retention policy in the data processing agreement; statutory retention duties (such as invoices) are respected.

Only with the sub-processors needed for the service — hosting and backups in the EU, Mollie for payments — and optional services you enable yourself (AI, SMS). See the full sub-processor list.

You can cancel monthly without notice via your account settings or by sending an email to [email protected]. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation so you can make a full export.
