Frequently asked questions

How long does the free trial last?

The trial lasts 14 days and includes all the modules you selected when signing up. You do not need a credit card and the trial ends automatically — money is never charged without your consent.

Why do I need to confirm my email address?

The confirmation link protects you and us against sign-ups using someone else's email address. As long as the address has not been confirmed, we send no further emails; after a few days an unconfirmed sign-up is cleaned up automatically.

Can I already pay during the trial?

Yes. Via Subscription & Modules you can take out the subscription at any time; the trial then converts directly into a paid subscription.
