Sub-processor list

To deliver the platform, Dayporto B.V. engages the sub-processors below. Each is bound by data-processing terms equivalent to our data processing agreement.
1. Hosting and infrastructure (EU)
The platform and database run in a data centre within the European Union. Your data does not leave the EU for the core service; every organisation has its own shielded data space (Row Level Security).
2. Payment processing — Mollie B.V. (Netherlands)
For iDEAL and card payments. Mollie receives the data belonging to a payment, such as name, IBAN and amount.
3. E-mail delivery
For delivering transactional e-mail (invoices, reminders, notifications) we use a European e-mail service; it processes e-mail address and message content solely for delivery.
4. AI services (optional)
Only if your organisation enables the AI assistant itself: OpenAI and/or Anthropic (US), under a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses. Only the text fragments needed for the requested function are sent; Dayporto B.V. stores nothing structurally and your AI key stays server-side.
5. SMS notifications (optional)
Only if your organisation activates SMS notifications: Twilio (US/EU), under EU standard contractual clauses. Processes phone number and message text.
6. Off-site backup storage (EU)
Daily backups are stored — optionally AES-256-encrypted before transfer — with a European storage service, solely for recovery purposes.
7. Changes to this list
New or changed sub-processors are announced at least 30 days in advance via the platform, so you can object. This page always shows the current list.
