Dayporto comes pre-configured for security and fire safety: inspection modules, certificates and maintenance intervals are ready, without a configuration project. We migrate your customers, installations and contracts.

Switching from Out-Smart to Dayporto

Dayporto covers the same daily work and adds the customer portal with customer app, the drawing module, inspection modules per standard and bookkeeping. The switch is small: work orders and installations use the same concepts.

From Excel, Word and loose folders to Dayporto

Dayporto brings that together without a big project: your Excel list becomes the customer file, the folders become documents with the installation and the maintenance intervals now drive the planning themselves.

How the switch goes

1. Intake (30 minutes)

Together we look at which data has to come along, which integrations you use and when a quiet moment to switch is.

2. Trial import

You export (or give us a database copy); we load everything into a test environment. You check a sample.

3. Final import and running in parallel

After approval we import for real. For two weeks you can still look back in the old package.

4. Go-live and aftercare

Technicians get the app, customers their portal invitation. Our team keeps an eye on things for the first weeks.
