Acceptable use policy
Last revised: 2026-09-10 ยท PDF
This acceptable use policy describes what is and is not permitted when using the Dayporto B.V. platform. It forms part of the terms and conditions and applies to all users of your organisation.
1. Permitted use
The platform is intended for running your own organisation: customer management, work orders, planning, invoicing, inspections and related processes. You grant access only to your own staff and customers, each with an appropriate role.
2. Prohibited use
Not permitted: unlawful or misleading activities, infringement of third-party rights, circumventing or testing security without our written consent, disrupting the service (including deliberate overload), and reselling the service without an agreement.
3. Accounts and confidentiality
Accounts are personal. You ensure strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication for administrators and report suspected misuse immediately. You revoke access of departed staff yourself.
4. Fair use
Storage, e-mail, SMS and AI usage are subject to fair use: normal business use has no hard limits. In case of structurally deviant use we contact you first; for AI usage a monthly limit per organisation may apply, visible in the admin.
5. API usage
API keys are per organisation and subject to the same rules; endpoints are rate-limited. Automated use that disrupts the service for others may be restricted.
6. AI features
AI output (drafts for quotes, e-mails and replies) is an aid: you review the content before sending and remain responsible for what your organisation sends.
7. Enforcement
In case of violation we may โ after a warning where reasonable โ restrict features or suspend the account. In case of acute danger to the service or to third parties this may be immediate; we will inform you as soon as possible. Abuse can be reported via the responsible disclosure page.
