This privacy statement describes how Dayporto B.V. processes personal data for the platform and this website. We handle data carefully, confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.
1. Who we are
Dayporto B.V. provides business software for security and fire-safety companies. For data you enter into the platform yourself (such as customer and staff records of your own organisation) you are the controller and we act as processor; the data processing agreement applies to that data.
2. What data we process
Account data (name, e-mail address, language preference), organisation details (company name, address, VAT number), billing and payment data, support correspondence and technical logs such as IP address and login timestamps.
3. Why we use this data
We use this data to provide and secure the service (performance of the contract), to invoice and meet statutory retention duties, and to keep you informed about the service. Non-essential e-mail requires your consent and can always be unsubscribed.
4. Retention periods
We keep data no longer than necessary. Account data is deleted after the subscription ends in line with our retention policy; invoice data is kept for seven years to meet tax obligations.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell data. We only share data with service providers required to run the service (such as hosting, e-mail delivery and payment processing), under a data processing agreement and within the EEA where possible.
6. Security
Access is encrypted (TLS), passwords are stored hashed, two-factor authentication is available and daily backups are made and periodically tested for recoverability.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us to exercise these rights; you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
The platform only uses functional cookies (login session, language choice and security). This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
