Where you are coming from
Syntess (Atrium) is a broad ERP package for installation and technical companies, with modules for projects, service, logistics and finance. Many companies use only part of it and pay for the whole.

Export each part to Excel or CSV via the export or report function of your package. If that does not work, we use a database copy or a backup.

How the switch goes
1. Intake (30 minutes)
Together we look at which data has to come along, which integrations you use and when a quiet moment to switch is.
2. Trial import
You export (or give us a database copy); we load everything into a test environment. You check a sample.
3. Final import and running in parallel
After approval we import for real. For two weeks you can still look back in the old package.
4. Go-live and aftercare
Technicians get the app, customers their portal invitation. Our team keeps an eye on things for the first weeks.
Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my project administration too?
Ongoing projects are migrated as projects with budget and hours; completed projects come along as history (PDF) with the customer.
Does my bookkeeping keep working?
Yes. Dayporto links to Exact Online, Moneybird, Xero, QuickBooks and WeFact, or you use the built-in bookkeeping. Open items come along.
